Payment Methods

Sunny California processes payments through Paypal system. Customers will be transfer to Paypal’s secure interface to process payment. However, Paypal account is not required to make a purchase. Just follow easy steps to pay with your normal credit cards. We accept Check or Money Order. A 7 Day Check Clearing Period will apply for all orders paid with check or money order.

Billing Terms & Conditions:

Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number--the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. It’s highly recommended that customers to register with healthy-star.com. Promotion and other sales information will be sending out to register users regularly. Please advise us for the correct shipping address if different from your registered member or Paypal address, however, confirmed address is required when using Paypal account for purchase. We are not responsible for shipping to the wrong address customers provide.

Shipping Methods
We will use USPS for shipment carrier for our orders within the continental United States. Most orders will be shipped the next day after confirmation of payment.
Return Policy
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
Products sold by healthy-star.com (Sunny California) are covered under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee unless otherwise stated. All products ordered which has not been shipped out of our warehouse can be cancelled (via E-mail) for a full refund (including shipping). If you plan on canceling, please let us know ASAP since we do process orders as soon as we can (in general before 12PM PST). Orders already shipped out cannot be cancelled mid-transit. We cannot recall items already shipped out of our warehouse. All orders that are undeliverable/returned (due to bad address or no one to receive the package) will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee or all shipping cost involved whichever is higher.
There is no RETURN or Credit after 30 days of purchase.
There is no RETURN for clearance item.

All returns covered under our 30-day Money Back Guarantee are subject to the following condition:
• All returns must be send out no later than 30 days from the date of the purchase. • All products must be returned in “sellable” condition in order to receive full credit. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. • All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products. • In the event of returning a Free Shipping Item. There is a mandatory minimum of $7.95 deduction off your total refund. • Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned product.

Return Reasons
Return reason: In the event you received the wrong merchandise • In a few cases, we may have shipped you the wrong product by our mistake, different than the actual items you ordered. If that has happened, please email us immediately so we can send you a “call tag” to have the incorrect shipment picked up at our expense. • No restocking fee, full refund applicable.
Return reason: Received the correct product/s but simply not satisfy with the item. • All returns must be shipped freight with insurance prepaid by buyer. • Shipping cost is not refundable. • All products must be returned in “sellable” condition in order to receive credit. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. Return reason: Received the correct product/s, opened the product and do not like the flavor or is not effective to you. • No Refund Applicable
